Limitations
| Short name | Description |

| Number of pages | In multi-paged documents it is possible to browse through the pages but there is an upper limit of 100 pages. In documents with more than 100 pages only the first 100 pages can be viewed. |
| Preview cache | File previews are not removed unless the file is deleted from the ShareAspace FileSystem. This means that over time the cache of preview files grows. The preview cache for a Space can be cleared by the Collection administrator. |
| Password protected files | Password protected files and encrypted files cannot be previewed. When trying to view these type of files in the preview, the files will be left in the In progress file preview status until the file is deleted from the ShareAspace file system. |
| File size limit | Only files smaller than 100 MB can be previewed. |
