Security
The ShareAspace platform has multiple layers of security. The first level is the base concept of the platform itself - the "Hub based approach", i.e. you do not have to put all your information within a Space hosted on a ShareAspace Collection, only enough information in order to support the business process that you are targeting with that specific Space.
The second layer is then the ability to control the access to every single set of information loaded into that same Space on a fine granular level. It is possible to share only subsets of the information loaded into the Space. It is also possible to revoke any of the access given, on a participant level, user level, and information set level.
On a more architectural scale, the security levels of ShareAspace can be divided into four segments.
